The Design Approach
The proposed dwelling was designed to reflect the local vernacular through its architectural style and fenestration, while also making the most of the plot within the site boundary.
Internally, the layout was planned to create a free-flowing family home suited to modern day living, with a strong balance between appearance, practicality, and long-term usability.
